What do I need to join this program?
In order to join this program, a vendor is required to submit the following:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Articles of Incorporation
- Annual Return
- Notice of Address /Proof of Address)
- Certificate of VAT Registration
- IDs for all Directors
The vendor must submit the following for the partnership to be approved:
- Signed Sales Financing Partnership Agreement
- Company Registration/Incorporation Documents
- VAT Registration Certificate
- Vendor Creation Form

As a vendor, you will be able to allow more persons the ability to afford your product. The credit facility means that customers can purchase your product in equal down payments, rather than a single transaction.

In order to apply for the program a customer is required to submit the following:
- A valid form of I.D. (Passport, Driver’s Licence, or Voter’s I.D.)
- Job letter (not more than 3 months old)
- Payslip (not more than (1-month-old)
- Utility bill – proof of address (not more than 1 month old)
- References information – 1 family member and 1 friend
- Completed Application Form

Unicomer finances between EC$500 and EC$30,000.
