Unicomer (Jamaica) Ltd. advises that a grace period of 60 days will be applied to qualified credit accounts (“Offer”).
This Offer will “freeze” your account at its current status (balance and arrears) for a period of sixty days and give you an additional 60 days at the end of your agreed contract term to settle your account.
For example, if your payment is $6000.00, you are due on the 28th of each month and your account was frozen on the 24th of June with a balance of $120,000 and arrears of $6000.00 There will be no payment due for June or July and your next payment will be due on 28th August at which point your balance will still be $120,000 and arrears of $6000.There will be no penalty interest or late payment fees charged to the account during the “freeze” period.
If you agree to accept the Offer, the terms and conditions of your existing HP and/or loan agreement with Unicomer will be varied to the extent necessary to reflect and include the Offer only. All other terms and conditions of the Hire Purchase and/or loan agreement shall remain valid and in effect.
