What do I need to join this program?

In order to join this program, a vendor is required to submit the following:

  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Annual Return
  • Notice of Address / Proof of Address)
  • Certificate of VAT Registration
  • IDs for all Directors
  • Signed Vendor Partner Agreement
  • Vendor Creation Form
  • Adherence to the Process Flow
  • Payment of Administrative/Marketing fee which will be deducted from your invoice upon settlement of such by Unicomer/Courts. This fee is applicable to the invoice total exclusive of VAT.

The vendor must submit the following for the partnership to be approved:

  • Signed Sales Financing Partnership Agreement
  • Company Registration/Incorporation Documents
  • Vendor Set-up Form
  • VAT Registration Certificate
  • ACH Authorization Form

In order to apply for the program a customer is required to submit the following:

  • A valid form of I.D. (Passport, Driver’s Licence, or Voter’s I.D.)
  • Job letter (not more than 3 months old)
  • Payslip (not more than (1-month-old)
  • Utility bill – proof of address (not more than 1 month old)
  • References information – 1 family member and 1 friend
  • Completed Application Form

Unicomer finances between EC$500 and EC$30,000.

Account information will be reviewed within 48 hours.

No down payment is required.

Customers have the option to repay Unicomer within 3 — 36 months.
