What do I need to join this program?

In order to join this program, a vendor is required to submit the following:

  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Annual Return
  • Notice of Address /Proof of Address)
  • Certificate of VAT Registration
  • IDs for all Directors

The vendor must submit the following for the partnership to be approved:

  • Signed Sales Financing Partnership Agreement
  • Vendor Set-up Form
  • ACH Authorization Form

As a vendor, you will be able to allow more persons the ability to afford your product. The credit facility means that customers can purchase your product in equal down payments, rather than a single transaction.

In order to apply for the program a customer is required to submit the following:

  • A valid form of I.D. (Passport, Driver’s Licence, or Barbados National I.D.)
  • Job letter (not more than 3 months old)
  • Payslip (not more than (1-month-old)
  • Utility bill – proof of address (not more than 1 month old)
  • References information – 1 family member and 1 friend
  • Completed Application Form

The proposed vendor must first be approved and set up in our system before any transactions can take place.

Account information will be reviewed within 48 hours.

The first months’ installment is required unless otherwise indicated.

Customers have the option to repay Unicomer within 3 — 36 months.
